Facilities The Centre staff have access to several research laboratories at IYTE equipped with instruments such as near infrared spectrophotometer, ultraviolet-visible spectrometers, luminescence spectrophotometer, microwave digestion system, atomic absorption spectrophotometer with deuterium and zeeman background regulators, gas chromatograph (FID, ECD with auto-sampling accessories), high performance liquid chromatograph (with diode array detector), electrophorase, lyophilizer, colorimeter, viscosimeter, trinocular microscope, bioreactor, incubators with and without CO2 flow, refrigerated incubators, freezers, incubated orbital shakers, climate chamber, autoclaves, centrifuges and sterilizers. |
