Mission

The FSRC’s mission is to play mobilizing and conjoining role, integrating efforts from professionals ranging from specialized scientists to technical personnel that create and enhance the application of science and technology in the production and distribution of safe and high quality foods and food related products. In keeping with its mission to integrate scientific research with the needs of international and regional industry, FSRC has a strong faculty component consisting of food engineers, chemical engineers, chemists and biologists.
